About the Trip
Our annual pilgrimage provides an opportunity to reconnect with ancestral roots, explore indigenous traditions, and immerse in the spiritual and cultural practices of West Africa.
Each year, we host a guided travel group to Benin that offers a unique experience. From visiting sacred sites to participating in traditional ceremonies and festivals (Vodun Days) our journey fosters a deeper understanding of identity, history, and community.
Pathfinders will experience:
Attend Cultural Festivals (Vodun Days, Djogbe Mito Nahye Festival)
Meet and Greet with Queen Mother (Her Highness) Minon Nahye Podjito Animansoh II and Mianon Ananasii (Priestess Haneera Abounu)
Visit sacred temples and historic cultural sites
Participate in Ancestral Return Ceremony to return the Diaspora Ancestor home
Receive life path divination from elders
