In the Press — The Divine Feminine Festives
In the episode 49 of the Divine Feminine podcast, Priestess Haneera Abounu discussed the first two Divine
Feminine Festives that took place in Houston, Texas on May 8th and San Diego, California on
June 25th. Priestess talks about the high vibrations and incredible magnetism of these festivals, each graced with hundreds of participants. Women of the African Diaspora gathered and received the opportunity to connect in celebration of each other. The women flourished in the opportunity to share their gifts and perspectives with like minded women.
The second Festive was held in San Diego, CA, at the Maxx Mosess Art Gallery named Graffiti Gardens. This outdoor oasis provided the perfect setting for the women of San Diego to cleanse and recharge. Festive goers were able to shop local vendors, eat vegan treats, listen to Afro beats and experience the cultural event. The highlight of the event was the spiritual bath workshops and the Orisha Celebration. We also hosted classes on Yoga, sound healing, and breath work.
